At Illinois Working Together, we respect and protect the privacy of our constituents and those who use our website. We collect information you provide directly to us.  For example, we collect information when you fill out a form, send us an email, sign up to receive email or text message updates, request information, sign a petition, sign up as a volunteer, create an account, participate in a contest or promotion, make a donation or purchase, communicate with us via third party social media sites, , or otherwise communicate with us.  The types of information we collect may include your name, email address, social media handles, user names, postal address, phone number, mobile number, credit card information, location, and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide.

Illinois Working Together and its contributing unions are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. The campaign will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Our websites offers several opportunities for visitors to register for informational mailings. These registration forms are often linked to campaign mailing lists and require users to give contact information (such as name and email address). The campaign will use this contact information to send users information about fundraising events, news updates and new initiatives. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time.
